Open your working document in your office application, and run the word-count function.

Refer to my Rates page and multiply the translation or proof-reading rate per word by the number of words in your document. This gives you a reliable quotation.

Send me an e-mail with the document and its translation deadline, or precede this step by sending a non-disclosure agreement for me to sign. I will usually reply within minutes confirming your request or alternatively declining - if I'm fully booked, for instance.

At this stage, the work has not yet been commissioned. Please send me a "go-ahead" e-mail with your purchase order, which I will answer with a confirmative reply.

I will process your request and send you the finished document together with an invoice reflecting your purchase order. An exclusive translation memory with the translation units of your project is confidentially retained for reuse in later versions of your document.

My preferred methods of payment are: Moneybookers, Paypal and other types of wire transfer. Collective invoicing once a month is possible.
